Guacamole

Servings: 8-10 (2-3 cups)
Ingredients:
6 large avocados
1 bunch scallions
1 large tomato
3 t minced garlic (can use 3 whole cloves finely chopped)
7 t lemon juice (freshly squeezed is recommended)
1 t salt
½ t pepper
What you will need:
medium size mixing bowl, cutting board and knife
Instructions:
Cut avocados in half. Remove pit and remove skin. Mash until desired consistency.
Chop scallions, tomato, (and garlic if using fresh)
Mix all ingredients into medium mixing bowl and stir until well combined. You can enjoy immediately, but I would recommend allowing the flavors to combine in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before enjoying.
Additional recommendations:
Add some onion instead of scallions, jalapeno for spice, fresh cilantro
